EDIT Since 1 NOV 2017 1652Z we are experiencing issues with our login servers. This results in either a long login procedure which ends in a time out error; or simply an error which says 'wrong username password combination'. This affects the Navigraph website, Charts Cloud, all Charts clients, FMS Data Managers, as well as external websites.

We have located the problem and are working hard to solve it. In the meanwhile you may experience intermittent login success. We post this message in the Navigraph forum, on the Navigraph website, and on Twitter and Facebook. When this issue is resolved a separate message will be posted. Any updates will be posted as edits to this post.
